Indy Earns First Leg of Field Dog Junior Title
May 29, 2005: With no formal training, we entered Indy (CH FLOWER CREEK SUNUP ON POLE) in some field tests at Luther Marsh Conservation Area where he was required to search, find, and point quail. It was a pleasure watching him work and pattern through the fields displaying natural hunting ability as evidenced by his perfect scores in the "Desire to Hunt" and "Ranging" categories.

April 22, 2005: Dawn (CH SUNUP WHISPERFIELD DAWN), owned by Pat and Ray Iredale, went Best of Winners and Best Puppy in Breed at today's show in Fergus, Ontario. This beautiful girl from our spring 2004 litter earned her Conformation Championship from the Puppy Classes and will be working on her Field Test titles in the near future.

April 03, 2005: Facing tough competition at shows in Syracuse, NY, this weekend, Abby took Winners Bitch for two points, and claimed Reserve Winner to a three-point major.

Sunup Puppies Shine at Orangeville Show
March 04, 2005: Sunup puppies Spice (CH SUNUP FIRE N SPICE) and Bailey (SUNUP BAILEY'S MIST) took top honours today at the Orangeville & District Kennel Club. Spice earned Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Breed, while littermate Bailey, owned and handled by Larry Swanton, claimed points for Best of Winners.
Following Best in Show, a Puppy Sweepstake of over 50 entries was held. Spice made it to the final three, winning the Senior Puppy Division. |
Dawn Best of Winners
February 20, 2005: Dawn (SUNUP WHISPERFIELD DAWN), a puppy from our spring 2004 litter now owned and handled by Pat Iredale, earned Best of Winners today at the Ontario Breeders Association Show in Markham. This beautiful senior puppy is now only a few points away from her Canadian Championship title.

Spice Best of Breed and Best Puppy In Breed
February 20, 2005: Spice (CH SUNUP FIRE N SPICE), just shy of ten months, for the first time competed as a “Special” (Champion titled) at the Ontario Breeders Association Show in Markham this weekend. She was awarded Best Puppy in Breed both days and Best of Breed on Sunday.
